Fee-only, fiduciary, and transparent — so you always know what you pay and why.
Fees
You pay a single advisory fee for advice and investment management — deducted from your account and paid to Beacon Global Advisor Network — and we earn no commissions on the investment advice we provide. We’re paid for advice, not for selling products.
Typically around 1% per year of the assets we manage, and negotiable based on the size and complexity of your relationship. It’s billed monthly or quarterly and deducted from your account. (A “basis point” is one hundredth of one percent — so 1% equals 100 basis points.)
Investment management, financial and retirement planning, cross-border and pension coordination, and ongoing reviews.
Your assets are held at independent, third-party custodians (for example RBC), and their custody, platform, and transaction charges apply under each custodian’s own pricing schedule. These costs are separate from Rosefinch’s advisory fee.
Any fund expenses are set by the fund providers and are also separate from Rosefinch’s advisory fee.
On the advisory side, we receive no compensation other than the agreed advisory fee. Insurance is handled by Rosefinch Risk Management, a separate and distinct business from the advisory firm, which operates under the usual insurance commission model — and any such arrangement is disclosed to you.
No surprises: before you engage, we set out the fees that apply to your situation in writing. Full details are in Beacon Global Advisor Network’s Form ADV Part 2A Brochure and our Form CRS, both available on our website and at adviserinfo.sec.gov.
